Steel chassis and wall frames, colourbond cladding and compressed fibre cement lining. made up of two large open classroom areas, one of which has a wet/art area.  Access ramp in decking to match verandah.
 
Has been used as classrooms though its uses are endless - Suit club house, classrooms, conversion to house or back packers. You dream it, we deliver it. Available to view by appointment.
 
It includes all the split system ACs, roller shutters to all windows, decked verandah plus a matching access ramp! It’s been stored for a little longer than expected, so could use a coat of paint and a little elbow grease and it’ll be good as new!
